Thanks to its compact size and built-in rechargeable battery, it can be discreetly hidden inside the vehicle without requiring installation. In the event of theft, its location can be tracked with the support of the GT ALARM 24/7 Monitoring Centre.

Unlike traditional hardwired vehicle tracking systems, GT SHADOW requires no installation. It’s ready to use straight out of the box, can be moved from one vehicle to another, and can be concealed in locations that are difficult for thieves to find, increasing the chances of recovering a stolen vehicle.
How does the Monitoring Centre respond in the event of theft?
If your vehicle is confirmed stolen, you can contact the GT ALARM 24/7 Monitoring Centre. Once your identity has been verified using your security password, operators will begin tracking the device and provide the latest available location to the relevant authorities to help recover the vehicle.
Does GT SHADOW always work?
GT SHADOW operates using GPS and GSM/GPRS mobile networks. To provide accurate location data, the device must be within range of both GPS satellite and mobile network coverage. When coverage is available, the Monitoring Centre can locate the device and assist with vehicle recovery.
Can GT SHADOW be used as a backup anti-theft solution?
Yes. Many customers choose GT SHADOW as a secondary GPS tracker for cars and motorcycles. Because it’s portable, self-powered and easy to conceal, it provides an additional layer of protection, making it much harder for thieves to locate and disable the device.
